I have decided to start posting my workouts of the day because I wanted an easy way to keep track of what I have been doing. Plus when ever anyone asks me about what I have been doing to train, I can just direct them here.

It was difficult to train over Christmas because I worked so much, and when I wasn't working I was visiting. Today marks my renewed commitment to training.

WOD
Walked up and down Emily Murphy hill with a 75lb pack for 2 hours, including walking backwards.
