In the early afternoon I went to do hills at Emily Murphy park with a 90lb pack. I managed to go up and down 3 times in 75minutes. The pack is feeling very heavy because I haven't worked out with a heavy pack for about 2 weeks.
Durring the night shift I work I did a full upper body workout with the resistance band.
Jumping squats x 100
Jumping lunges x 100
Box step-ups x 50 per leg
Plank 60 seconds x 3
