Then right after I headed to do stairs.
The first two sets of 28 were slow and my legs felt tired-pack weight 65lbs
I dropped 15lbs when I went to plug the meter then I did two more much faster. The plan was to do a total of 5, but at the start of the fifth there were workers in the stairwell and there was a loud noise....good enough excuse for me to stop.
