Run 8K, hard effort.
Run the stairs at Glenora x 6.
1. Run the stairs 1 at a time
2-5. Run most of the stairs 2 at a time. I wasn't able to do all the middle set 2 at a time.
6. Took it easy, and only ran the bottom and top 2 at a time, but not the middle set.
