I'm starting to feel a bit tired from lack of sleep while working night shifts.
WOD
Stairs - 28 floors with 40 lb pack, 4 reps in 1 hour.
1. Slow and steady.
2. Run 2 flights, walk 2 flights - 10 reps
3. Run 1 flight, walk 2 flights
4. Run 1 flight, walk 3 flights
After I woke up I cycled for 15 min to loosen up.
Then at work at 3am I did an upper, lower and core workout with the resistance band.
